It is rare we get in the Pure Blood 100% Wagyu so make sure to get some while you can. The marbling on the Wagyu Pure Blood and Wagyu 50/50 Sirloin Tip cuts is amazing and this cut of steak offers great value and great flavor. The marbling makes the Sirloin Tip look as tender as a filet but it is actually a leaner cut found on the front end of the rear leg of the cow. If you give it just a little love during the preparation, using Marinades and or Sous Vide, you will coax out explosive Sirloin Tip bites that are packed with succulent flavors and the texture sirloins are known for!
