The Flank Steak!   Flank steaks are very flavorful and delivers tremendous beefy punch when prepared properly.  Marinades work well with the Flank Steak and, due to the fact that it is a thin cut of meat, it is best cooked fast and hot to a rare/medium rare internal temperature of 130 degrees.  Flank Steak is a leaner cut of beef that comes from the abdominal muscles or lower chest of the cow and it contains a lot of hard-working muscles.
