The Sirloin Steak!   To get a proper char and perfectly medium-rare interior, you should opt for fast-cooking methods for top sirloin. We recommend pan-searing or grilling.  See Cooking Techniques for some great recipes that bring out the best of the mouth watering Sirloin Steak!

  • Grilling:

    • Salt your Sirloin Steak and place on a rack in the refrigerater for 1 to 2 hours.
    • About 30 minutes before mealtime prepare the grill with a hot and cold side.  
    • Salt and Peppar on both sides of the Sirloin Steak and then place it on the cooler side of the grill until the internal temp reaches 120 degrees.
    • After 120 temp is reached sear for 1 minute on each side or until the internal temp reaches 130 degrees.

    Let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy your Sirloin Steak!
