Grilling:
- Salt your Sirloin Steak and place on a rack in the refrigerater for 1 to 2 hours.
- About 30 minutes before mealtime prepare the grill with a hot and cold side.
- Salt and Peppar on both sides of the Sirloin Steak and then place it on the cooler side of the grill until the internal temp reaches 120 degrees.
- After 120 temp is reached sear for 1 minute on each side or until the internal temp reaches 130 degrees.
Let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy your Sirloin Steak!
